1. Tights & Similar
Don't just push them down. Put your thumbs inside the waistband and fingers outside. Just like you did when you put them on,
gather up each leg into a bunch as you move progressively downward.
When you reach the toes, turn the bunch inside out and let the legs fall. Give the hosiery a couple of good shakes to
remove any dead skin cells. Turn right-side out again. Now they are ready for a careful, cold hand-wash & hang-to-dry.

2. StayUps
As when you put them on, the first thing to do is to flip the silicone bands to the outside.
Then, just like tights, put your thumb inside the cuff, fingers outside, and bunch them down to the toes. Again, like tights,
unbunch them inside out and give a good shake. After hand-washing cold, carefully wipe the silicone bands to remove any residue.
Store flat with a piece of parchment or non-stick paper to keep the silicone bands from touching each other.
