Domestic U.S. Shipping: We pay the freight and insurance for all regular shipments to the continental 48 States whether for one item or 100 items! All Free Shipping is done via FedEx or UPS Ground. Express Saver, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air as well as Alaska and Hawaii shipments are available at the charge shown on the chart below. If you wish it, and if it is available in your area, we can ship for Saturday delivery. Priority Mail USPS shipping is also available if desired at a flat additional charge of $9.55 per shipment for shipments under $500 total merchandise. Over $500 we ship FedEx or UPS only.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to Canada, U.K., Western Europe, Japan, Australia & New Zealand, the Middle East, Central & South America, China and the Pacific islands at the charges shown on the Shipping Chart below. At the present time we do not ship to Antarctica. If your country charges duties or VAT, these must be borne by you. International shipments require a destination telephone and e-mail address. International payments are preferred through PayPal. International Shipping is via Federal Express.

Transit Times: Domestic FedEx and UPS Ground shipments require 2-7 days depending upon Zip Code. FedEx and UPS Domestic Air shipping are usually rather reliable. USPS shipments (including Express Mail) generally arrive when they get there - more specific requires a crystal ball. FedEx International shipments have, in our experience, never taken longer than 8 days and usually arrive in 3-4 days. There is no common carrier these days which guarantees their delivery times. About the best they do is offer to give back your overcharge if they do not make their commitment. Sad state-of-affairs, but we cannot therefore guarantee an arrival date. If a specified and paid for arrival date is not achieved, we shall refund your shipping overcharge.

All Orders: A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon shipping and an invoice will be included with your order. We track all FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipments to insure their arrival and, at times, will ask you for an e-mail confirmation of receipt.

Stocked Merchandise
Zimmerli and Pantherella are stocked items. We receive our stock orders once each week. Therefore, items are always shipped within ten days. Should any item on your order be temporarily out-of-stock it will be shipped upon arrival, usually within two weeks at the outside, at no further shipping cost to you. Please allow up to seven business days for domestic (FedEx,UPS) ground shipments. Should the maker be out-of-stock on any particular style or size for any reason (as sometimes occurs during busy seasons) we shall inform you at once as to the expected shipping date and you may await arrival or rethink your order. It is the nature of top-quality clothing that it is crafted slowly. At times there is a higher than usual demand for a particular item and the Zimmerli factory runs out. It can then require a few weeks to make more. If we are aware that a particular item will be out-of-stock for more than two weeks, we shall inform you a.s.a.p. and offer you the opportunity to either select a similar item or to have us refund that part of your order. We always have Zimmerli men's undergarments and Pantherella socks in stock and at times, have items and/or colors which are not normally available. We will inform you of this availability once or twice annually unless you would rather we not do so.
Please remember that below-the-waist underwear which contains a crotch and which has touched the skin is not returnable by Law unless received damaged. Should you be unsure of your size, please request a free protective disposable brief to wear under the try-on. Any damage claims must be made within five days of receipt.

Money order/Cashier's check/Personal check/ In-stock items will ship ten business days subsequent to our receipt of the payment instrument (unless the check is dishonored by the bank).
We are a very small company. Though we do our best, we cannot always guarantee same day shipping even for those who elect to pay for 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Should an ordered item not be immediately available and you have paid for faster shipping we shall refund your shipping charge. Free Shipping to the 48 States is via FedEx or UPS Ground and usually requires from two to seven days from the day we ship your order.
