Bamboo is a superb choice for garments requiring skin-friendly qualities and outstanding hygenic properties combined with a super-soft feel. Bamboo is very absorbent, has deodorizing properties, is stimulating to the circulation ... and is extremely costly to produce.

Cold (or warm if necessary in Summer) washing will greatly extend any fine garment's longevity. Tumbling dry does nothing any good as the heat tends to brittle the fibres while the tumbling tries to abraid them. Bamboo should be line dried.
