Royal Classic is the smoothest of
Zimmerli's pure cottons. Along with Richelieu Rib, it makes up what is
commonly accepted as the top-of-the-line. Royal Classic is a single
jersey knit woven of 100% cotton, long twisted yarns. The trimmings at
the collar and sleeves are made from the same fabric as the body, a
rarity. Additionally, they are cut on the bias (as a spiral) for the
best fit. Certain of the Short Sleeve shirts are meant more as
undershirts (8124 & 8125) whereas the 8126 High Crew features the wider
neckband and sleeve hems characteristic of a T-shirt. |
