Royal Classic is a single jersey knit woven of 100% cotton, long twisted yarns. The trimmings at the collar and sleeves are made from the same fabric as the body, a rarity. Additionally, they are cut on the bias (as a spiral) for the best fit. Certain of the Short Sleeve shirts are meant more as undershirts (8124 & 8125) whereas the 8126 High Crew features the wider neckband and sleeve hems characteristic of a T-shirt. As a circular knitted fabric, R.C. offers a very high stretch ability.

Though all colors are tagged as hot washable, our years of experience indicate that cold (or warm if necessary in Summer) washing will greatly extend any fine garment's longevity. Tumbling dry does nothing any good as the heat tends to brittle the fibres while the tumbling tries to abrade them. The worst thing for any fine cotton is heat. Drying on 'Fluff' or 'No Heat' is possible without damage; air drying (line dry) in shade is always preferred.
